  Where do I start, I think whatever I write will be an understatement as this is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I cannot say that I have stayed in lots of places, maybe 30-40 hotels in my life, but in terms of service that is the best place I have even been. The Chinese chef cooked some very tasty food, huge portions. We had soup , spring rolls and 2 main courses with rice, far too much for us. Very pleasant staff dressed in Chinese costume. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Very clean room, very nice bathroom, excellent staff, amazing food from wood burning stove in connected restaurant, quiet yet connected.   Have stayed in different hotels in Maribor over the last years but this one is my favourite. Close to the center, no parking problems, great value for money, nice atmosphere, great personel. Only minus may be the lack of breakfast but there are a few bakeries nearby and at restaurant Cantante a block away they serve great bruchettas from 9 o'clock... was die leute sagen » - Maribor is very quaint little town with lots of history, it takes very little time to walk around the centre, through the parks and even up to the vineyards if you are relatively fit and healthy. The hostel itself is excellent - clean, spacious, great facilities and close to town, not to mention unbelievable value for money.
