  We found a good deal (this hotel would normally be beyond budget!) and got very lucky when we found ourselves upgraded to the 'presidential suite' for three nights! In both cases, the beds were super comfy, the best we've found in any hotel in Saudi. The quality of the food was decent enough (including proper coffee at breakfast) and it's always a good sign when you move a piece of furnitu - The hotel room was clean and quite. The food was good and hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a laundry and a cold store nearby. The hotel is few minutes away from many shipping malls.

  Nice, quiete, clean, comfortable and greate 7 well equipedroom/facilities. Good service - I was staying in a Royal Club Room for 3 nights and I did not feel it was worth it. I did not get services well enough. I suggest that the staff should volunteer to the guest more in terms of comfort and needs.
