  This is my fifth stay at this excellent hotel. Everything is wonderful. The staff are professional and friendly particularly Mr. Abdul Satar. The check in and check out process takes a couple of minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The food is fantastic. Service is excellent, response of the staff is so quick: room service coffee and cake delivery was less than 5 minutes. Airport pickup confirmed by email, sms and followed up by hotel. Location is good and within the main business district.

  Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast featuring wide variety of food. The gym is good enough and pool excellent. The staff members were very helpful to all my requests. - The check In & Check out process were very smooth , fast & friendly. They upgraded my room to Junior sweet without any additional cost .

  The location of the hotel is close to kingdom tower about five minutes drive. There is a vault service, they take your car immediately, when I made the reservation I booked a summer offer which was a free mini bar - free wifi and breakfast, when I checked in they upgraded me to suite, which was a nice gesture, however they told me that breakfast w... was die leute sagen » asn't included but then they checked with the manger and problem was solved. The hotel is nice, very clean and tidy the decoration is lovely eastern - i made a reservation for a room and gave a notice that it's for honeymooners, they provided me with a free upgrade to a junior suite and free minibar. they also gace me a phone call asking if i wanted to pay SR700 and receive a package of a flower bouquet, cake, beverage and dinner, which i accepted, and was worthy.

I was a little bit hesitant to have breakfast in hotel after reading previous reviews but now I really don't regret it at all. It has all the variety you might need if not more.   Nice, quiete, clean, comfortable and greate 7 well equipedroom/facilities. Good service - I was staying in a Royal Club Room for 3 nights and I did not feel it was worth it. I did not get services well enough. I suggest that the staff should volunteer to the guest more in terms of comfort and needs.
