  Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. In the morning the breakfast was prepared personally for us. Everything was very tasty an - I've stayed in several 5* hotels and they weren't providing better services! This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and

  Wir kamen um 22.10 Uhr an also 10 Min nachdem die Rezeption schließt. Die junge Dame begegnete uns im Hinterhof, als sie nach Hause fahren wollte und wir unseren Wagen parken wollten.   Great location. Good value for money when travelling with >3 people. Good option when travelling with children. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. I requested a alte check out which was granted without any hassle. The apartment manager even rang me to confirm this. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need - The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!
