  Me and my husband were totally alone in this hostel. 100% privacy, 100% comfort- kitchen was equiped with all the necessary stuff to cook, clean and so on.   Mamas&Papas are very friendly couple. They run this hostel in very high level, because they are travelers and they know what people need in every situation. Papas has big movies and music collection, board games, so you'll have all kinds of activities in hostel if the weather outside would be bad for sightseeing Gdansk. We can recommend Mamas&Papas Hostel for every traveler. - Mamas & Papas are great people, take care of all their guests (prepared me vegetarian meal for a dinner as they knew I didn't eat meat). It is little bit far from city center so hostel was very calm and the street was almost without cars. They have nice garden but we couldn't use it as we had rain few days. Breakfast was good, they prepared something for me as I don't eat meat. Very pleasant stay, thanks! And Gdansk is fabulous city!

  We arrived at 9.40 which is far too early to check in. Despite this the girl, kinga (?) both let us park our motorbike as well as leave all our leather gear and packing in the tiny reception. The owners are so friendly and they make the Hostel a wicked place! It's so clean and the building is beautiful and close to the train station (3.80 zl to go... was die leute sagen » to Gdansk), a bit further but still not far to the beach. Ever in Sopot?   we enjoyed time spent in Gdansk and hostel. We were group of friends in one 8-bed room. Hostel was really nice and very good decorated. Guys from reception were very friendly and helpful, advised us main sightseeings and how to get to them fast and cheap even before we asked about that. We enjoyed evenings spent in hostel feeling polish culture and - The room was very spacious and we had a kitchen and bathroom, which we shared with one other couple. The guy at the reception was very helpful and recommended a restaurant, which turned out to serve amazing food at a very cheap price, as it was located just off the touristy area. He also recommended other things to see and do.

  Hostel Gdansk has rooms that look like hotel rooms, the staff is friendly and caring. Most importantly it is across the road from the beach! It's a little far from the city centre, but buses and trams are just across the street too. If I were going to Gdansk I'd stay there again. - I have really never been to such a clean Hostel!   I loved the location of the hostel. 10 minutes from the centre (and even less to the central station) of Sopot and from the beach made it a perfect spot for a bunch of friends looking for a cheap but clean and fresh place to stay during the Heineken Open'er Festival. Will be definitely coming back there soon! - The hostel is located in a very beautiful and calm area of Sopot, however, not far from the beach and the very center of the town. Train station to go to Gdansk is also located just a few minutes walk away. Hostel is modern and clean, some rooms have very nice views from the terrace. Beds are comfortable, all furniture is brand new from IKEA.
