We will book again at this B & B - great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value. So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

The room was furnished in a simple yet functional way. The coffee/ tea making facility in the room was much apprecia - The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

  Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.   We have stayed in the hotel for 1 night only, needing a good place to sleep somewhere in the centre of town. The parking is on site, which is a big plus when you travel by car - dont have to leave it outside on the street as in many other places in Krakow. The most of all, hotel is in great location - just go out a - I absolutely loved this Hotel. As a gym fanatic I was impressed with the facilities 24/7 (and even classes) the staff were incredible, couldn't do enough for you...advice on places to go, booking cabs, and sending my hat back that I left in the room. The room although small was clean, comfortable and modern, the breakfast was basic but I had my own porridge with me anyway and the staff let me use the microwave...thank you Atlantic, I will be back soon!!!!
