  Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. We also had 2 separate bookings as we had 3 night tour booked and re-checking in when we had to was no problem at all. the brea... was die leute sagen » kfast is fantastic with so much variety. Yes it can be busy at times but that is to be expected. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D

  Excellent staff who welcomed us very friendly and were ready to prepare a late dinner for the 4 of us. Food is great, with a special attention for local produce. Excellent value for money, just on the road to/from Nordkapp - Nice hotel with friendly staff! When in the neighbourhood, i will choose this hotel again.

  The receptionist (the Spanish / Norwegian one) was very charming. These kind of people make a hotel for what it is. Taking some time for small talk and giving you some trivial information about the area. The room was as expected, clean, proper but not too spacious. Distance from bus or city center are ok, but it´s a little off.
