Very helpful was the kitchenette where I could prepare meals, since everything is pretty expensive for continental European standards. Safe place to stay, as the whole city. In the future I'll stay there again!

  Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D
