  The staff were very friendly. Our host spoke good English. We were able to communicate in French with the rest of the staff. We were told when we arrived that the suite that was booked for us (family room accommodating 5)Beas not available. We were given two options. We settled on a suite which was fantastic.   The hotel is centrally located so the Old City and the new city are both just walking distance. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. We had no issues. Highly recomended. - Location is great for Clubs and Casino. You can walk to the main square in 10 min. Taxi cabs are everywhere. Very nice to stay outside of the Medina.

  Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... was die leute sagen » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

  The Riad Dar Eliane is simply stunning. The room was really clean and big - it looked beautiful in the pictures but it is actually even nicer.   This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes. Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality. He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco. This makes the place one of the best for staying inside the medina from Marrakech. - Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.

  If you want to see and feel the city of Marrakesh - this is the place to stay. Magnificent. The owners are wonderful. They took good care of us. The were very helpful. The staff is also very competent. The place is idyllic and relaxing. It is has unique atmosphere. It is very clean. It is close to the most important places in the city. From there ... was die leute sagen » you can get straight into the magical streets of Medina, get lost in the Souks, do the walk to Jama El Fna, to feel the atmosphere of the place. - The pool was a splendid retreat after a hot dusty day in the Medina. The room was large and roomy, and the air conditioning made sleeping perfect. Breakfast we well appointed and different each day we were there. The staff were gracious and helpful. Wonderful spot in the midst of the center of town.
