  The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

  It was good for a transit stop. Early morning, 5am, shuttle cost $20 - The staff were very nice, breakfast was really good - alittle pricey for Mexico, but wonderful selection. Inside of the hotel was clean.

  The rooms were large and well equipped. There was plenty of space/seats around the pool and beach. The day spa gave us a good deal on massages. The staff in the restaurants were friendly. The staff very kindly organized for a doctor to see my husband when he became sick. I wanted to stay one night only but that receptionist made stay more because she was nice ,friendly and professional.the place is clean and you have nice view and nice food and leisure.   I liked everything about the hotel, the building is great, the room is excellent and the view just breathtaking. The staff = very, very friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need.
