This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer....
Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -

The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.

Clean hotel, modern design. Nice, calm and clean rooms. Good staff, very
nice beach. Clean swimming pools. There are a lot of different chaise at
the beacht (but a lot of good places were busy in the early morning with
just towels or bags of people who was not present at this chaise). There

this is the best hotel I had ever stayed.We are very satisfied with the food and the beach. we enjoy the time in this hotel. acctually, i have already reommended it to my colleagues. they will follow my suggestion to live in this hotel in JUL and SEP. I myself will vist this hotel either in my next trip to Cancun. I must.

Hotel staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The food was great in
all the restaurants and had many options and variety. The swimming pools
were nice and the gym had good and new equipment. All in all, it was a
very pleasant stay with few negative points. -

The rooms are very large, luxurious and clean. The resort has a very nice architecture and size as it is reltively small compared to others.
The food in the restaurant is excellent and other faciltities like the laundry and supermarket were very useful.

We stayed for 5 nights, the best beach, have been to Cancun several times and if any remember the old Sherton, that is what part of the beach it is. We upgraded our room to oceanfront and we had a whole suite would sleep 4 or 5 people. Only the main building has an elevator. The staff very friendly and helpful. They charge for wifi and say you can get in the lobby bar, we never could. If you walk down the botton of the hill a little resturant called Tacun very good food cheap and free wifi.

Almost everything,
the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking.
The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel.
Breakfast was very good - the wide range of choices, including some japanese and oriental choices, although almost the same every day.
The staff was skilled and ready to help.
The location is convinient for us - it is on the beach, a bit far

Sehr schöner Sandstrand an der ganzen Küste, grosse Zimmer mit Meerblick, Busstazion vor der Haustüre(alle 5 min. ein Bus ins Zentrum 24h) - die lage zwischen strand und lagune. allerdings war es recht windig und die rote flagge am strand dauerzustand während der woche die wir dort waren.
