  There is absolutely nothing not to like about the hotel and the staff. The hotel was worth the money and the time and we wish we have spent more time in Cameron Highlands. The hotel arranged a tour with an expert tour guide who almost knows everything about the forest, fruits and insects.   It's probably the first time when letsbookhotel.com hotel rating doesn't correspond with our personal impression of the hotel and our stay there. letsbookhotel.com guests give it 6.4, I'd give it 8.5. Had a great, spacious, clean villa right at the beach literally 30 meters away from the sea, so we were falling asleep with the sound of waves hitti... was die leute sagen » ng the shore every night. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the food. Every night they brought fresh-fres - I LOVED being there! The staff is really friendly and though there are some limitations, the whole holiday was perfect! We made a scuba diving course as well. The transportation to the resort (from airport) was arranged well. The rooms were nice and relatively clean. The location is perfect - there is a small rock-fall (water-fall) in the vicinity and the beach is perfect for snorkelling and diving. Our diving course was great and very great value for money.

  I stayed at Chateau Resort 3 nights , in Feb 15th . Me and my brother got classic room which was upgraded for free from the hotel. The staff were friendly and very very very helpful .. This hotel one of the best prestige hotel ,so you will noticed the kindness of the staff starting by security guys till the reception staff.. The attention to details was out of-standing .. - If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness.   Lovely place with nature and comfort in the same package. Nice coral reefs just in front of the hotel, jungle next to your hotel room's patio. So not necessary any need for extra exploring trips (good if you are staying only a few nights). Snorkling trip with 2 spots to explore was nice though. Food was not amazing but good enough, wine list was more than ok considered the place (tropical isl - Some of the best scenery in the world. Gorgeous beach filled a short way out with coral and tropical fish to see while snorkeling. Jungle treks are right outside your door. The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We saw mother monkies with their babies clinging to them ambling by the villas and trees above.
