  I stayed at Chateau Resort 3 nights , in Feb 15th . Me and my brother got classic room which was upgraded for free from the hotel. The staff were friendly and very very very helpful .. This hotel one of the best prestige hotel ,so you will noticed the kindness of the staff starting by security guys till the reception staff.. The attention to details was out of-standing .. - If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness.   very nice chalet we stayed - great decor and nice, clean bathroom; location is fantastic, almost at the border of jungle - we had frequent visits of wild boars, monkeys, deer, some lizards, squirrels. the price is fair comparing to what you get - no real competition in this area if you want some comfort. Breakfast is very good and some positions are changed every day, fresh fruits are fanta - We, a group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was exactly what we were looking for. The set-up on the river and the edge of the Taman Negara National Park was perfect for us as we did some jungle and the canopy walk, enjoyed the nature with some wildlife around including monkeys, wild boars and plenty of birds of different species.
