i.e. reception organised a n early evening glass bottom boat trip last minute for us. Within 30 minutes of our query we were on the boat!
All staff were friendly and helpful,especially in the restaurant as we had a small child with us.

Extremely friendly staff, Always with a smile. Hanna at the front desk is very helpful, Ali which works in the restaurant is a very funny person, And everyone else. We have requested an early check in and they have arranged it. Rooms : Very clean, Hot water, Spacious, Colorful, & Nice view.

The staff were extremely helpful; the sitting area with open roof was a relaxing space to relax in; the swimming pool was a bonus.
The south beach resort was quiet and very pleasant to go snorkeling - and good coral & fish to see. -

Very nice hotel, with all the facilities you need. Pool is superb, beach is lovely. Staff is friendly; many people from the Philipines.
Minibar is inclusive in the room rate (great), as well as the use of the sauna and steam room.
Food is quite expensive, and there are not many alternatives (other than the other resorts nearby). We had dinner twice in Aqaba (Captains dinner and Ali Baba) and both meals were very nice (and much cheaper!)

Great hotel with lovely staff. We were immediately upgraded as a cause of our room not being ready at arrival. Great beds and very good sound isolation, you couldn't hear a thing from outside or from the neighbors. Lovely beach as well. A big plus is also the shuttle bus that goes several times a day to the other Mövenpick in Tala Bay. -

... was die leute sagen » we like? In a word... Everything! We were met with glasses of cold juice on arrival and told that we had been upgraded to a suite. The rooms and facility were immaculate, and the complimentary breakfast was overwhelming in terms of choices. What impressed us most was the value for the money. We will definitely be back!

The room was nice, spacious, comfortable bed, TV, decent bathroom. The location was good, right in the centre of the town. All of the town centre hotels have access to a beach resort a bit out of town, Berenice, which is great, has some nice pools, good snorkelling and decent food and it's fine for women to wear a bikini without the hassle they would receive on the Aqaba public beach.
