I must say I am very glad for choosing this hotel because - we had travelled to Jordan to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary & the last leg of our trip was wo stay at this hotel. We got there quite late at night and the hotel was fully booked. It seems there was an error with our booking that showed there was no room that could accommodate us. Saleem Rabieh is an exceptional member of the team who went out of his way to resolve this problem. We thought it was well worth the money for pickup (25 Jordanian Dinars) The hotel was right in the middle of downtown so we could visit all interesting places around easily on foot. The room wasn't luxury but it was clean with hot water, perfect for us. Views overlooking the Amman Citadel were a superb sight. We loved it. The people were all friendly, polite and helpful. Great breakfast huge range of food and drinks to start the day.

I was able to stream some video with some interruptions. - I stayed for 1 night in this hotel on 30 June 2013, I booked for a double room but they gave me a twin room, the male receptionist told me that they are full and no way that I could get 1 double bed but the manager or the night auditor who is wearing a baby pink shirt did strive and find me a room with 1 big bed in room 323, I am very thankful for this manager who is really very helpful.

  It was extremely convenient. I was traveling with my children from Palestine coming from Allenby bridge and had a connecting flight next day. Staff were extremely nice and went out of there way to provide us with a travel charger which is extremely important when you have a 13 hour flight next day. So thank you again.   The staff was so helpful, polite, and always showing great smile.The reception staff (Helmy, Faisal , Murad , abu yousif ) and the boss Abu Hmazah were so helpful and showed great assitant . All the staff without excluding anyone .Thehouskeepers and dinning staff were also to the level. The cleaness of the hotel was notived. The two people who are famous here are Ammar and Essam (the one with green eyes). To be honest they made our stay very enjoyable. Always prompt on first call and you'll find then smiling. Willing to help you. Brilliant people. I would have continued to stay here for whole 1 month but due to tight budget i had to leave. Faisal the gentlemen at the reception had been very helpful and super friendly. I do regret leaving this hotel.
