  I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan. The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical).   We loved our corner room at the back side of the hotel with a nice view. We stayed in 8 different hotels around Japan (3 in Tokyo), and this was one of the best for the price. - I left some money in my room and some documents. They went beyond what is necessary to return them to me. Fabulous service. Great location for nightlife.

Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel.
