  I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan. The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical). You are in the middle of the Shibuya interesting streets but just in a calm and quiet place.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  This hotel was fantastic! We stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Disneyland and DisneySea for 3 days. The staff speak English really well and are super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! So big and it looked out over the water. We had an extremely comfortable king size bed... so big I almost got lost in it. No complaints at all. - We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb. We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo
