  Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants). Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room. Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..
