All of them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan area visit.

They offer pick and drop-off to the local station or to Milan's Malpensa airport, so it was very convenient and easy, even with early flights &luggage, and a 1 hour train ride into Milan. Although they didn't speak much English, the good intentions were there - Everything, the owners do not speak English but their friendliness and willingness to please cannot be surpassed. The property both inside and outside is first class and the array of food available for breakfast, albeit continental is excellent. We only stayed one night but would certainly stay longer and use it as a base to tour the area.

I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European hotels
