  Very clean, bright room. Big balcony in the bedroom at the front. Very comfortable beds. Very reasonable rates. Breakfast and dinner offered at very reasonable rates. Place to leave bags after check-out. Use of a shelf of fridge in communal hallway. The owner Luciano gave us all the info we needed in regard to the area and places of interest plus... was die leute sagen » maps etc. Luciano is a very nice man, very helpful and charming. It was a pleasure to meet him. - Luciano (proprietor) is very nice. He gives relevant information about the town and the whereabouts of the important places. The place is situated in the middle of the town, around 12 to 15 minutes uphill to Padre Pio Church and 8 minutes downhill to the center where most of the banks, cheap restaurants and shops are located and specially the old houses that adds attraction aside from Padre Pio Church. The room is really clean and spacious.
