  Excellent, friendly and welcoming service from the moment we arrived ... even as far as organising parking and an electricity connection for our campervan to run the fridge while we were staying in the hotel. This was our best place by far in our three weeks in Italy and our least expensive. The hotel is only 11 years old I was impressed with the workmanship in the rooms.

  Very clean, bright room. Big balcony in the bedroom at the front. Very comfortable beds. Very reasonable rates. Breakfast and dinner offered at very reasonable rates. Place to leave bags after check-out. Use of a shelf of fridge in communal hallway. It was a pleasure to meet him. - Luciano (proprietor) is very nice. He gives relevant information about the town and the whereabouts of the important places. The place is situated in the middle of the town, around 12 to 15 minutes uphill to Padre Pio Church and 8 minutes downhill to the center where most of the banks, cheap restaurants and shops are located and specially the old houses that adds attraction aside from Padre Pio Church. The room is really clean and spacious.
