  Our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of a three week holiday in Italy.Management and staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail.
