  Just returned from B&B. It was wonderful, looks like in the photos (even better). Laura is the best host I ever meet. The location is perfect, not far from the Citta Alta(25-30 min walking), quiet, close to the forest. In the morning I woke up with birds singing; after a delicious breakfast with regional products. Eve - Wow! Just peruse the photos and magnify by 100. So well detailed for charm, ease of stay, beauty and so close to lovely Bergamo. If you are tired of millions of tourists I reccomend that you come to Laura's and enjoy the hospitality, beautiful wooded countryside the Old and New town of Bergamo. The interior of the Bergamo churches exceed Venice. You will enjoy exploring both new and Alta Citi and the Italian Lakes to the east of Bergamo along with the vineyards which look and feel like Chianti.

Breakfast included a nice range of savory and sweet food including local produce. When sunny we ate breakfast on the deck which was lovely.   The owner, Bice, was exceptionally kind and personable. During our brief stay, Bice went out of her way to help us see Bergamo Alta [the old town]. The accommodations were wonderful with parking provided inside a gated courtyard. Breakfast consisted of bread, meats, cheeses, home made sweets, teas, coffee juices and more. It is very clear that Bice cares about her guests and pays attention to detail. - The B/B was a comfortable, homely self-contained bedsit with kitchenette, and bathroom with bidet.The breakfast was the best ever - cooked eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cold meat, cheese,toast,croissants,cakes - even meringues! Bice was delightful - nothing was too much trouble for her.

Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers.
