The staff is very friendly and provided us a warm welcome. 3. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is huge. The reception is very nicely decorated. 4. WiFi is accessible from room and works very well. 5. Beds are comfortable; room has more than one charging points so no trouble for charging gadgets.

Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

  Very friendly staff, very personal, great breakfast, very close to underground - We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente - Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.
