Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral beim Bahnhof Termini (ca. 2 Minuten) aber ist in einer Seitengasse der Via Cavour gelegen und somit ruhig. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht gross aber sehr gut ausgestattet. - Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, alles war gut und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit.Insbesondere angenehm für uns war, daß wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag im Hotel lassen konnten.
