The room I was staying in was absolutely fabulous, but the best thing was the kindness of Alessia, the receptionist: I can't really imagine a better treatment, she was helpful and very nice to me and my friend and really made us feel like at home. We had had excellentluck with the hotels that we had booked before on bookings.com and this certainly held true with this one as well.
