  The location is handy, breakfast was typically italian. - Because of a late arrival at CIA airport, we had booked a simple accommodation very close to Ciampino train station reachable by a local bus (1.20 EUR one-way). If we had missed the bus, we would have had to take an over-priced taxi (20 EUR). Our plan was to take the train to Termini (1.50 ... was die leute sagen » EUR one-way) on the next day, which worked out OK, although there are direct bus connections from CIA to Termini (from 3.80 to 6.00 EUR one-way). The room assigned to us was spacious but apparently freshly pa - Clean and modern decorated. Very close to Ciampino Station which you can take train to Termini for 15 minutes (there's no control, no need to pay any :)) and access the city easily. It's also close to Ciampino Airport and there's shuttle bus passing in front of the hostel. Supermarket is just under the hostel and there are so many pizzerias near.

There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. The room I was staying in was absolutely fabulous, but the best thing was the kindness of Alessia, the receptionist: I can't really imagine a better treatment, she was helpful and very nice to me and my friend and really made us feel like at home.
