  The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, from the salads, breads, dairy to the omelets and shaksuka. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower and bathtub. Plus they left a fresh bottle of water as needed. It was nice having the Azrieli mall right there, as well as a full supermarket, again, right out... was die leute sagen » side the door of the hotel. I did take advantage of the free shuttle to the beach which was great. It dropped me off at the Crowne Plaza on the beach, - The soundproofing is impressive, never heard of the ice cube machine right in front of my room once the door's closed. In case of dnd, you don't get a call asking whether you want the room cleaned or not, which is just the way it should be. The location is very conveniently located as long as you remember facilities around the hotel being closed during Shabat and plan in advance.

  The service was excellent, friendly. Issues were resolved in a timely manner. The food was amazing, The breakfast with such a large variety. Wow. The receptionists were right there to assist with any issue, always smiling. We forgot the Kindle and the charger in the room. We called the hotel to check the room for the lost items. Defint - A hotel that offers great value particularly for the Business Traveller. I could have stayed in any hotel in the city but chose to return to the Leonardo City Tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer everything I look for when away from home. Staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is execellent, as is the Friday night (Shabbat) buffet. In the heart of the business district its location ensures you can beat the Tel Aviv traffic. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
