The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, the appartment was huge and beautifully designed, the location couldnt be any better.
Very quiet atmosphere and fantastic noise insulation of the roms, the purim carnaval and street parties were happening almost around the clock but the room was quiet and pleasant.

The staff was excellent and the room was large and comfortable. We had only one day in Tel Aviv and the staff arranged a free 3 hour tour for us in Tel Aviv and Jaffa. We had an electricity outage in our room and the staff immediately moved us to an upgraded room. It is a boutique type hotel - has a restaurant next door. The staff arranged for a taxi for us at 5AM to the airport and there were pastries and coffee available for us at that time of morning. Perfect for our short stay.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good,
from the salads, breads, dairy to the omelets and shaksuka. The rooms
and beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower and bathtub. Plus
they left a fresh bottle of water as needed. It was nice having the

The soundproofing is impressive, never heard of the ice cube machine
right in front of my room once the door's closed. In case of dnd,
you don't get a call asking whether you want the room cleaned or
not, which is just the way it should be. The location is very
conveniently located as long as you remember facilities around the hotel
being closed during Shabat and plan in advance.

Central Location, 20 minutes from the beach.
The guests have been very well looked after. The staff focused at small things as well i.e. advance call before the arrival to check any special need, transfer, prebook for tour.
Hotel is spotless clean, bathroom nice and works properly.
Breakfast is a la carte and very tasty.
I have got packed breakfast when I left earlier.
Wifi is fast with a good cover.

Everything was amazing. The staff were particularly helpful. Additionally, all the amenities that were included as part of the rate made the stay so easy and made the hotel seem as if they cared. I loved the friendly and responsive staff; the luxurious and calming
rooms; the nice wine bottle we were welcomed with: the common places - a
rooftop where you can sunbathe and see the urban view; the courtyard
with espresso machine and newspapers; the free wifi with easy password;
the location - great restaurants and shopping - walking distance to the
beaches and very close to Rothchild Blvd. I want to recommend one

Lovely boutique hotel - easy location to get to and staff could not have been nicer. We were traveling as tourists - 4 night stay and had substantial luggage - hotel was very accommodating with all our requests. Loved the wine and chocolates in room! No restaurant on premiss but breakfast is paid for at 5 wonderful places in easy walking distance.

many inviting public spaces. Even though checkout is at noon, my flight
was at 1 am, they staff chargesd all of my devices, invited me to use
the hotel facilities, even shower on the rooftop spa. Complementary
coffee preceeding complementary breakfast at a nearby cafe was an
amazing perk, as was the complementary bottle of wine at check in!

The service was very attentive and friendly. The facilities were very neat and clean. The location was excellent! Apartment of unique design and decor, very spacious and comfortable. Alexander is one of the best (of not the best) place in TLV. Good central location close to the beach, fantastic breakfest buffet on a sea view terrace, not need to say about complimentary fast internet and other usefull business facilities. The staff was extremely helpful, even though not all of them mastered the English Language, they tried their hardest to help.
The entire hotel was clean and everything was Perfect to every detail.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything, including staff and operations, ran so smoothly and in the background that it felt like all my needs were known and accommodated in advanced. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgable, and a pleasure to speak with. And the facility, attention to detail, and comfort/class level are exemplary. I'm definitely coming back!

A hotel that offers great value particularly for the Business Traveller.
I could have stayed in any hotel in the city but chose to return to the
Leonardo City Tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer
everything I look for when away from home. Staff are courteous and
helpful. The breakfast buffet is execellent, as is the Friday night
(Shabbat) buffet. In the heart of the business district its location
ensures you can beat the Tel Aviv traffic. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
