  Stayed in a self catering holiday home, the house had everything you could need in it, it was perfect for us and the 3 kids. the kids had their own rooms, which they loved! and there was even a sofa bed downstairs for an extra friend.The pool was great for the kids, and staff really friendly. kenmare itself is a great spot, lovely pubs, restaurants... was die leute sagen » .   This was my second stay at Rivermere Harmony Inn. Great price, comfortable, clean, airy and spacious room. Wonderful shower. The Inn is close enough to both Killarney Town, the National Park, and the bus/train station, only 15-20 minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast room was pleasant and breakfast itself was very good. All in - I was looking for something near the town which I could walk to and the Rivermere was perfect. Only a ten minute walk to town and another ten minutes in the other direction to the National Park. The price was very affordable and if you needed help in any way someone was there to help you. The breakfast I had every morning was excellent and there was plenty of it. I love my tea and the staff put extra in my room whenever needed.

This place is perfect for those catching a ferry to Skellig Michael in the morning, or even for tired walkers looking for a place to rest on the Kerry Way.   The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was cosy and warm and not too noisy, even though it was at the front of the house. There was even a night porter to help with parking etc....would go back again - Nice location, very close to nearby lake and attractions. Better than average breakfast selection and ample parking available.
