We were welcomed with open arms. When we first showed up we were offered
a very welcome tea and scones. The breakfast was great. It includes
porridge with Bailey's Irish Cream. Yum! Not only does the owner
make his own scones, but he insisted on giving my wife a lesson on how
to make them before we left. The countryside location is authenticly
Irish. The farmer across the road and his trusty dog moved sheep and
cows from field to field each morning. The room was spotless and
beautiful.

Beautiful accommodation expertly furnished to the highest standards to
allow a very cosy and homely environment. Perfect location to explore
the Ring of Kerry from. All facilities as described, if not more! The
bit I love most about this place is its host Jackie who is very friendly
and welcoming! She made us feel at home even before we arrived and took
the trouble to make sure we find the place and even drove out to guide
us to it! I will definitely return and have no reservations to recommend

Mary and James were the perfect hosts making every aspect of our visit stress free including arranging a baby sitter and a lovely seat at a restaurant in town.
The Lodge itself is meticulously maintained and our room was perfect.
Breakfast was lovely and our son loved the pancakes, home made scones were also delicious.
We will be back again.

Cannot fault these apartments. On arrival the woman on reception was very friendly and helpful. We have a young baby and were able to set up all her bits and bobs in the apartment and it was so homely and comfortable. arrival. Immaculately clean and the staff really helpful both before our
stay and during - Ann pinpointed the Italian I wanted to book for my

Easy to find on the main road into Waterville. Angela very welcoming and gave us some good places to eat dinner. Room was very clean and the breakfast great - the porridge was fantastic :) -

Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.
