Directions and advice about laundry were great!! Centrally located made this a great option. I had recent knee surgery and appreciated the fact that there is an elevator. We had a triple and the room was large as was the bathroom. Recent upgrades and very functional for guests. Elevator made it very easy. Didn't hear any noise from late night bar singing.   We would definitely recommend this b&b. Obviously Killarney is awash with hotels and similar establishments, but this one was top notch. A very short drive into town for dinner (it's closer to town than most of the other b&bs), so driving north you might think you hav - Very friendly accommadating staff. Very close to town centre. My twin room was spacious, and although the shower room was small it had a very good power shower. Part of our group were expecting a triple room but were given a huge sized quad room with very spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice...fruit juice,cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and then a full Irish breakfast. I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Very good value for money
