The size of the room was good and it was well equipped. - large one bedroom apartment. secure underground parking, location as just in the middle of the town.   Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked!   I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained. Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area. Impressed that any niggles people had mentioned on reviews we'd read had been acted upon, for example a cleaning pack was provided and more ski lockers were built during our stay.

  The staff were all welcoming and helpful. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where the rooms were a comfortable temperature i.e. around 19 - 20degrees instead of 25 or more.
