  we stayed in late Feb. the duplex met our expectation. great interior design and kitchen. we loved the outdoor look. exceptional clean. we came in late and staff were friendly to arrange the booked accommodation over the phone. close to attraction in the south. did not try the spa - The villa was spacious very clean, staff were extremely helpful ... was die leute sagen » at all times. Secure and gated complex nicely laid out. Did not experience problems with towels & bed linen mentioned in some of the negative points in other reviews. Will definitely return.

  The staff was kind. Wifi is free and available in the room. The room had fair size and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, yet it provides free parking at the premises of the hotel. I liked this solution better, instead of being forced to leave the car in the streets of the city center. The center of Nîmes is a 5 minute drive. Car can be safely parked within the closed gate of the hotel. Good for people on the way, they don't have to fully offload their car. Hotel rooms are clean, soundproof and recently renovated. Wifi is fast too.

  The staff was always friendly, the facilities were always clean and the cleaning ladies did a good job. There were obviously fresh sheets put on the bed every day. The wifi access was as advertised, it was available in the lobby and the eating area and was reliable. The staff communicated in better English than I've ever experienced in a French hotel that hasn't been part of a major chain, and were happy to help with questions and with calling taxis, etc. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The wifi worked well. We enjoyed our stay there, and would consider going back.

  This hotel was chosen because it was close to the airport. We turned our rental car in the day before and had an early flight to catch then next morning. We (3) ladies had no problem walking to the airport directly across the street via a special passageway that went under the Main Street. The room was clean....no extras! They provided directions and recommendat - Location is just WOW if you are coming by flight. if you are coming to Terminal1 then it is a walk for 2 min simple. If you are coming to Terminal 2 then there are free shuttle buses(runs in the night as well till the last flight) from Terminal 2 to terminal 1. These are big blue buses. Just take this bus and get down at stop Lycee Hotelier. Hotel is just 1 min walk. You will see the sign on Luxury Hotel Novotel from far. Ibis and Novotel are attached.   We stayed here for our 8th anniversary and first trip to Provence. We have traveled quite a bit around Europe and there were a couple of things we really enjoyed about this hotel. (We stayed in one of the bungalows, not the main house.) The entire estate was well cared-for and very clean. We even had an air-conditioning unit that was not loud and worked quite well - Charming English speaking host. Excellent food. Very clean and recently decorated villa. Car parking good, with electric gates closed at night. Two miles from Avignon centre. There is a very large free car park that is manned, with a free shuttle bus that takes you into the centre of Avignon. one-and-a-half miles from the hotel.
