  This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in France. It is an historic 18th century building, formerly a nobleman's dwelling (Marie Antoinette indeed slept there) and is on the famous Place Stanislas, a unesco World Heritage Site. The room was spacious, the air conditioning was excellent (I was there for a week in the middle of a brutal heatwav... was die leute sagen » e), the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and modern, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and the wifi is free and worked well. I h - The location of the hotel is perfectly situated on Place Stanislas a d close to all major attractions in Nancy. The staff were excellent and showed real hospitality, and our room was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to return and relax. Wifi was one of the best we have had so far travelling throughout France. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The owner went out of her way to be helpful, communicating with us about our plans, helping with dinner recommendations, and even helping to find somewhere to have our car repaired after it developed a problem on the outward journey.
