  I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. The hotel is fancy and beautiful and clean and nice to walk around. The staff all speak English fluently and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was just... was die leute sagen » pure comfort and a nice luxurious feel for a price that was not out of line. This booking made me look good to my wife, and made of us very happy! - perfectly located, a retreat of calm tranquility, quiet refreshing pool, pleasant lounge areas to relax in the evenings and a lovely courtyard. Yes it is as others have commented a bit 'tired' in the decor but for me this added to the charm of the place. Can't comment on the food however as we never ate there.

They are very aware of the little details that make for a luxurious stay. Decorated to be chic with a rustic feel. We were outside the normal time for breakfast one morning waking late, but the desk clerk 'put on the hat' of the dining attendant just for us. This hotel is a 5 star experience for sure.

  It is very great place to stay. Nice decoration, clean, comfort bed, good location....everything together just be perfect. The host is very nice and warm welcome. She has strong taste of Art which is seen from her apartment decoration. She really care for comfort of the guess on each single detail. Very modern appartment in a great location right next to the port. Nina was a great host and gave us plenty of tips for our short stay in Marseilles. The fridge was pre-loaded with everything we needed. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

  I had heard lots of good things about Oustau and it did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning. We stayed at the Manoir in a room with a terrace. It basically had it's own private patio. The room itself was quite large and had a more rustic charm, the bathroom was fantastic and updated with all the amenities. It was very pricey (as expected) but definitely worthwhile. As one - It was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant to die for.
