Close to many attractions. Supermarkets and patisseries close by.
The apartment is nice for a single traveler or a couple with young kids (no way for 4 adults to share this apartment).
Location is very good and the building is nice and quiet.
Studio Paris, the company that rents the apartment, is far away from the apartment location so the checkin and checkout is a real pain.
The door codes provided during the checking were all wrong so had the luck to find another building resident entering while I was trying to figure out the codes mistake.
General cleaning of the apartment was ok but far from being equal to any decent hotel of Paris.
