The bed linens and towels were high-quality, thick and fluffy. The room was huge with excellent light and sound-proofing. The bathroom was "to die for" as it was large, bright and came with beautiful toiletries. The bath tub was HUGE. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The decor was quirky but a lot of thought had gone into it - the kids loved the Tintin theme in their room!
