He sorted out our car parking personally for us, which was much appreciated as the redevelopment of the tram system is stressful for driving. Fine ,adequate breakfast. The bed linens and towels were high-quality, thick and fluffy. The room was huge with excellent light and sound-proofing. The bathroom was "to die for" as it was large, bright and came with beautiful toiletries. The bath tub was HUGE. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable, warm and welcoming.
