  The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff are absolutely charming and great humoured and food provided for breakfasts and evening meals is fresh and well presented.   This was my second year at the hotel while I was on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is peaceful, very clean, very safe, and most of all very friendly. I would not now consider staying at any other hotel in Lourdes. I am looking forward to going back again next August. And especially honest too -- they picked up a medallion on the floor and returned it on top of the table so I can see it!! Thank you very much. And the location is very good.

Its near but not too near like just opposite the sanctuary kinda near. Excellant service from all reception staffs. Very helpful. Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.
