  The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details. Breakfast was delicious.   This was a great place to stay. My husband and I were traveling from the US on our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been happier. Luis was very helpful giving us tips on what to do each day in and around Bordeaux. The interior was modern, it had AC (which was AMAZING during the summer!) and we felt completely at home and at peace.
