There was an issue with the apartment booked but we were put up in another apartment. The location was fantastic - about a minute from the cathedral. The owner gave us a discount and bought us cake and tea! And, there was a Nespresso machine with a generous offering of coffee pods.

Very charming hotel. Old and new combined perfectly, tastefully furnished, very nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." Already my third stay in Apartments Le 32 and it is my favorite
accommodation place in Strasbourg. Excellent location (close to the
Cathedral), quiet, independent, well-equiped for a couple and even a
family (we had a two-level apartment on the last floor). Even if one
arrives when the reception is closed, all information on how to enter
the building and pick up the key (door card) is sent by email.

This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.
