The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly, which is extremely welcome in a city known for hostility to visitors. The rooms and common areas look superb and recently renovated. The deluxe double room we stayed in was lovely and had a very comfortable washroom and shower. Daily turndown service was an added and unexpected bonus.
