  This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  It was amazing hotel with a great city view. We did not want to make a reservation near the beach that is why it was a great pleasure to stay there. For all travelers by car it has a great location and free parking in front. Please check the e-mail before arrival, owners will write you all information about entrance. The bus from downtown stops directly in front of the hotel, so easy to get around.The owners are also travelers and know how to make your stay in Nice most enjoyable. The food is all fresh and prepared by the owners. We took dinner at the hotel both nights and would do it again.
