  The hotel was very clean and the room attendants put a little extra effort in to do the subtle things like fold my jumper up; not necessary but it was a nice little detail. The location of this hotel is exceptionally good; a very short walk from the Pantheon, the Notre Dame and the Seine. The area is safe and quiet at night which could be appreciated from the large balcony windows that open into the street. - I loved this hotel, the best location we could have asked for, 2min walk to the Pantheon and the Luxembourg gardens. We stayed here for 4 nights and definitely could have stayed longer. The rooms are on the smaller side but we had two huge suitcases and we managed fine. Lovely staff arranged a car to take us to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

  We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Lafayette very much. Location is excellent - just a mere moment from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street. I imagine it may be a bit far from the centre to some people but the metro is just 2 min away and it will take you to Louvre in 10 mins. Breakfast is really really good, fresh juices, selection pastries, ham, cheese... was die leute sagen » , fruit, good coffee. This is the only hotel I found that had breakfast included and it was of such a great quality too. The room is basic but has eve - The room was compact and comfortable with a nice view of the Pierre Semard street, quiet and so typically Parisian. Breakfast was awesome, everything fresh and abundant. The staff very helpful. We really had a great stay at this hotel which I recommend to other travellers. Location, 5 minutes walking from Poissoniere metro station and 10 minutes leisurely walking to the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. Great!

And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

It is in - The overall decor is typically old French, with paintings and classic design features. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spectacular and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The air-conditioning was great. For it's location (Latin Quarter), the price was quite reasonable. Communication with the hotel staff prior to our arrival was very friendly and helpful.
