  We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. - Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.   Loved being in the heart of things - next door to the moulin rouge, in an area of paris that never sleeps. We were four storeys up with a full length balcony, so could watch everything from our apartment.noise was not a problem as he apartments are double glazed. But also loved the restaurants which were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend 'L - Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy. Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue! Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :) Price: exce

  In Summe sehr gut. Viel Platz für 3 Personen. Die Nordseite ist angenehm kühl. Der wenige Lärm leicht zu ertragen. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsnetz sehr gut. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstücksbuffet war zwar ein wenig klein, aber völlig ausreichen und um 9 Euro ok. Dies wird einem zwar angeboten aber nicht aufgedrängt (das finde ich ... was die leute sagen » angenehm). - Die Metronähe und die Lage insgesamt. Man hat in der Umgebung alles, was man so braucht (Restaurants, Bar, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Verkehrsanbindung). Man ist schnell im touristischen zentrum Paris'.
