  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris.   The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening.
