  We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I only regret not staying for the full duration of our holiday but had we had longer to bo - We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem. We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can retur

  We stayed here only for the last night of our holiday, because it was very near the Railway Station (we had no car) and the stop for the Airport bus was only 50 metres from the door. So it was an ideal departure point. We enjoyed a short swim in the pool on level 1. The breakfasts are excellent, and the pool really prettily laid out. Our room, no 14, was large and comfortable, with a balcony looking out over fields and a vineyard. There is a 20 minute walk into the village for main meals, but this is via quiet roads....and downhill on the way there at least!

  Staff were very helpful, friendly and multilingual. The location was excellent, although having a car is definitely a benefit. The balcony was brilliant, perfect for a few glasses of wine in the evening.
