The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day.   We loved this Chateau! It is so beautiful. The location is perfect for day trips to Arles, Avignon, town of St. Remy, and other locations. The grounds were so nice to sit out under the stars at night with a full moon. It is a magical place. The staff are very friendly and helpful - Everything!   I had heard lots of good things about Oustau and it did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning. We stayed at the Manoir in a room with a terrace. It basically had it's own private patio. The room itself was quite large and had a more rustic charm, the bathroom was fantastic and updated with all the amenities.
