  Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! But still, it is only a ten minute bus drive to it if you want - Kate and her Mama were excellent hosts with great tips on where to eat.   The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets. The owner is helpful and very friendly. The apartment is not in the old town but the station “Lapad Post Office” of bus 6 (to Pile Gate) is not very far (about 10 min of walking downhil - We enjoyed our studio. It had everything we need, it was clean, looking very nice, I think it would be great for a family with kids. The host was great, they welcome us even if we arrived at midnight because of some problems we had at the border. The place it's really 200m up the Lapad Beach and you have a nice view.

  We stayed at the apartment for a week in October. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is 10 mins from the beach and bars and restaurants and 5 mins from the bus stop that will take you on the 10 min journey to the old town. There is also and mini supermarket under the apartments. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.
